About United Way Loaned Associates Program

During the peak campaign season, United Way calls on its corporate partners to lend their best and brightest employees to their cause.  Loaned Associates (LAs) assist United Way staff in the development and implementation of workplace campaigns.  Specifically, LAs lend their expertise and energy to help United Way expand solicitation efforts, reach new markets and broaden the base of community giving.  In doing so, LAs help strengthen the United Way commitment to fulfilling our mission to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of communities.

Loaned Assocites keep fundraising costs low by maximizing staff and volunteer efforts.  In return, United Way porvides a unique management porgram that develops sales and executive leadership skills and an understanding of community organizations.  The Loaned Associate program is an excellent investment for your company, the loaned employee and the community as a whole.

2011 United Way Loaned Associates

United Way of the Coastal Empire expresses our sincere appreciation to the 2011 Loaned Associates and the organizations that have so generously donated their services to United Way during its critical annual fundraising campaign.  The Associate then becomes part of United Way's campaign team that calls on other businesses, helping them organize their workplace giving programs.  Loaned Associates play a vital role in assisting United Way to raise the resources needed to achieve long-lasting impact in our community.
