The Community Fund of United Way of the Coastal Empire is a major source of funding for human service programs across Bryan, Chatham, Effingham and Liberty counties. Each year, area non-profit human service organizations are invited to submit a Request for Investment (RFI) for program funding from The Community Fund. To evaluate these requests, United Way engages dozens of community volunteers to serve as members of Investment Panels, aligned to one of four priority Impact Areas. These dedicated volunteers help determine how to invest The Community Fund for the greatest return for those most in need in our community. Volunteers are trained to thoroughly evaluate each program and make funding recommendations to the UWCE Board of Directors for approval. To facilitate the investment process, United Way of the Coastal Empire is pleased to utilize the e-CImpact online software system for both agency and volunteer-users. Below are links to the e-C Impact login pages.
