The Importance of Dependable Transportation
Having access to reliable transportation is essential for individuals, as it allows them to get to work, school, medical appointments, training opportunities, and other critical resources. It also provides greater opportunities for social and economic growth.
The Women Who Rule campaign, led by United Way WOMEN UNITED®, is committed to this endeavor through fundraising and awareness. Women leaders and local change-makers from all backgrounds inspire others to donate and serve their community in new ways.
We hope to see you at our Women Who Rule Campaign luncheon, where we will celebrate women’s achievements, encourage one another, and raise funds for the WOMEN UNITED® Accelerator Fund. If you miss the event, don’t worry—you can still contribute to this worthy cause.

Event Details
WOMEN UNITED® hosts the annual Women Who Rule Luncheon to celebrate working together to improve lives by removing transportation roadblocks and other barriers to upward mobility so women and caregivers can thrive. In addition to honoring the Woman of the Year, the luncheon will feature a panel of incredible women leaders highlighting stories of hope and triumph.
The proceeds from Women Who Rule are dedicated to WOMEN UNITED®’s mission to improve lives and provide access to reliable transportation.
